 My journey to become a Wellness Coach - with "The Puri Wellness Method"

Life is not always what we see. My journey to become a Health and Wellness Coach also started with a struggle. A few years ago I was graduating from fatigue, dependency ratio and stress. Then I realized that the real power is hidden in our food, observation and thinking. As I changed my nature, saw positive changes in body and mind, it came to mind - "If I can change, I can help others too." The Puri Wellness Method started with comparison.

There comes a change in every person's life when he decides the direction of his life. For me it turned when my and college health deteriorated. Nepotism shook me from within. In this I decided that now not only treatment but "the real remedy is the benefit of the disease with the right upbringing and nutrition". See more Meri Wellness Coach started.

Inspiration of my life: My own inspiration

I saw many people falling prey to unhealthy eating habits and inequality without awareness. Common diseases like obesity, SARS, High BP, Thyroid. I felt this change myself and transformed myself first by adopting Swasthya Swami.

Study made me realize that if I can transform my body, I can transform the lives of writers too.

The beginning of "The Puri Wellness Method"

Based on my experience and research I created a unique wellness plan which I named - "The Puri Wellness Method". This is not an inclusion, but a holistic lifestyle reform, based on the 5 pillars given below:

1. Balanced Nutrition (Balanced Nutrition):

  • Balance of proteins, vitamins, vitamins according to the body's sunrays
  • Herbalization support (like smart use of Herbalife products)
  • Avoid junk fire, and replace it with question fire

2. Daily Activity (Daily Physical Activity):

  • Exercise, yoga, walking, dance - choose any form
  • Ask routine according to each age
  • Muscle activation and metabolism improvement

3. Hydration and Detox (Water and Cleansing):

  • 3-4 liters of water a day
  • Lemon water, green tea, plantar drinks
  • Flush toxic stuff from the body

4. Mental Health (Mental Health):

  • Observative thinking
  • Stress strength - meditation, therapy

5. Consistency and Coaching (Consistent Guidance):

  • Goal setting Do

I incorporated Herbalife Nutrition, who provide globally validated nutritional support, into my coaching model. This not only gave me a scientific basis, but also gave me strong, safe and effective results online.

My clients no longer just lose weight, they now live life with new energy, stamina and happiness.


The role of wellness coaching in society

Lifestyle diseases are increasing rapidly in India today. According to WHO, 1 in every 4 people in India suffers from some NCD (Non-Communicable Disease) - like blood pressure, high BP, thyroid, obesity etc.

The role of a wellness coach is very important at the beginning of this social crisis:
