My journey to become a Wellness Coach - with "The Puri Wellness Method" Life is not always what we see. My journey to become a Health and Wellness Coach also started with a struggle. A few years ago I was graduating from fatigue, dependency ratio and stress. Then I realized that the real power is hidden in our food, observation and thinking. As I changed my nature, saw positive changes in body and mind, it came to mind - "If I can change, I can help others too." The Puri Wellness Method started with comparison. There comes a change in every person's life when he decides the direction of his life. For me it turned when my and college health deteriorated. Nepotism shook me from within.
